North Lincolnshire Council is actively exploring alternative solutions for future construction and highways projects.
The Construction and Highways Framework is the primary procurement method for these expenditures, with the current framework set to expire on 31 March 2026. In light of this, North Lincolnshire Council is seeking supplier input and wishes to raise awareness of the forthcoming opportunity to collaborate with the Authority through a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) Questionnaire.
This process is managed through North Lincolnshire Council's procurement portal, NLCProcure, where all tender opportunities are advertised.
